Russian Speaking Office Manager & Personal Assistant

Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Managing filing systems
Provide general support to visitors
Serve as the point person for supplies, bills, errands and shopping
Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.
Reception of deliveries and postages.
Assisting with documentation flow.
Communication with and instructing the building and communal services, including cleaning, courier and delivery services necessary for keeping the office well running
Other administrative tasks as directed.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
Remuneration & Benefits
